What’s Included
- 3 sizes, optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and Instagram Stories (horizontal 16×9, square, and vertical 9×16).
- These same sizes also work perfectly for Facebook Stories, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Custom-designed template which will be used as a template for each episode.
- Each one includes your podcast title, episode number, episode title and captions.
- Up to 1 minute of audio, selected by you.
- HD resolution (1080 x 1920)
How It Works
- After payment you’ll be taken to a form where you will send an .mp3 file, brand assets, and tell me about your podcast.
- I’ll create an original design that will be used as a template for your audiograms. 1 round of revisions is included.
- I’ll deliver samples in all 3 sizes with captions.
- Turnaround time is 3 business days. (Weekends and national holidays are excluded.)

FAQs
Can I change the design after a few episodes?
Since the normal $100 design set-up fee is being waived at this time, if you need to completely change your design/template after the initial set-up, there will be a $50 fee at that point.
I can't use PayPal. Do you have other payment methods?
Yes! If you’d prefer to pay via Venmo, Zelle or CashApp, please send me a message: kelly@vividfizz.com
What if I need an audiogram in a rush?
If you need your audiogram returned sooner than 3 full business days (excluding weekends and national holidays), please send an email to kelly@vividfizz.com and I’ll let you know if I have room in my schedule. If I’m able to accommodate the rush, there will be an additional $50 rush fee.
Why is there a 60-second limit?
Regular Instagram posts only allow one minute of video. For the sake of simplicity, the other formats will be the same length.
Can you do an entire episode for my YouTube channel?
Yes! Please contact me for a quote and include the length of your episode(s). I can be reached at kelly@vividfizz.com
Can I use a new image for each episode?
As long as it doesn’t need any cropping, editing, color correction and it’s ready to be placed as it is. I strongly discourage this because it’s highly probable that each guest’s image will be shot differently, therefore it will only degrade your own brand integrity. The final choice is yours though.
If photo editing is required, there might be an additional upcharge. Again, as an experienced branding professional, I strongly recommend sticking with your own brand’s imagery/photography for the strongest brand presence and effectiveness.
